Mirror Care is a virtual healthcare company with the mission to improve health for all. We connect world class Providers with you and enable new ways for you to receive the treatments you want, such as weight management, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), hair loss treatments, and more.
Is Mirror Care available in my state?
We require that Providers are licensed to practice medicine in the state in which you live. We are currently operating in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan, with more states coming soon. We are not yet available for customers outside of the United States.

How do I schedule an appointment?
First, you will need to create an account. Once your account is approved, you will be able to schedule an appointment using the “Schedule” link inside the platform.

At what times can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment at whatever time is convenient for you! As long as there is a provider available, you can schedule during those free time slots, whether it’s 2 a.m., 2 p.m., nights, weekends…Mirror Care is designed to fit your busy calendar.
What do I do if I need to change/cancel my appointment?
Reach out to us at support@mirror.care and we would be happy to assist you with your appointment.
Will I be charged for a canceled appointment?
You will not be charged for a canceled consultation if you provide us with notice at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time. Please let us know at support@mirror.care as soon as possible if you must cancel your consultation.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA account?
You may be eligible to pay for services, or receive reimbursement for services, with a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). We encourage you to speak with your employer or FSA/HRA/HSA administrator to confirm whether it is appropriate for you to use an FSA or HSA (or associated card) for services. Mirror Care does not and cannot endorse or recommend the use of an FSA, HRA, or HSA for services or medications.
Do you accept insurance?
While we cannot guarantee whether your insurance will cover any of the cost of your medication, our team will assist you with submitting claims to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We do not accept insurance for the cost of any one-time sessions with Providers or ongoing treatment subscriptions.
What should I do in an emergency?
Please call 911 immediately in an emergency.
