Webcam and Microphone Testing

Before your first session, you should verify that your webcam and microphone are working properly. Here are some helpful tools for you.

Webcam Test

Make sure that you have a working webcam so that your Provider can see you and you can see yourself during treatment.

Microphone Test

You will need a working microphone, headphones, or headset to communicate with your Provider during the Consultation and Treatment.

Bandwidth Test

A high-speed internet connection is required to use Mirror Care. For the best experience, you will need 15 – 25 Mbps for both upload and download.
